The Nonprofit Center continues its successful Nimble Nonprofit series with three workshops on Organizational Restructuring. The Nimble Nonprofit Series is a hands-on skill building program to help nonprofits respond with agility to changes in their environment. Nonprofits are facing more cuts in government funding, greater scrutiny on the services we provide, tough economic times that may affect personal giving, an increase in demand for our programs, and a public call to be more self-supporting. As the environment around us continues to evolve, it is important to create sustainable change. Join us for three timely and engaging sessions on restructuring your people, your budget, and your message.

Session III focuses on the most essential element of any organization – its people. This 3-hour workshop will help you increase staff efficiency and flexibility by reframing position descriptions and responsibilities, describing new ways to job share, work with non-traditional workers, and fully discover employee skills and potential.
