The Nonprofit Center offers over 150 Professional Development Opportunities a year, many are free to members. Leadership and professional development workshops are focused on issues specific to the nonprofit sector, often featuring recognized speakers and facilitators.

Successfully connects your organization with community members looking for Board service opportunities. We encourage our member organizations to post open Board opportunities to the Board Bank.

Community Events Calendar

Share your upcoming events with others in the community by posting to our calendar! We encourage all member organizations to let us help spread the word about their public events.

Lawrence DuBow Online Learning Lab

Your first stop for nonprofit resources, templates, research, and more is the Lawrence Dubow Online Learning Lab. This member-only resource allows you to engage with select programs at your own pace and is accessed anytime, anywhere through our member portal.

Nuggets

Nonprofit Sector Research

Working with sector leadership, the Nonprofit Center develops and fields research to benefit the Northeast Florida nonprofit sector. Our research consists of, but is not limited to, reports such as State of the Sector, Public Perceptions Poll, and Compensation & Benefits.

Advocacy for the Sector

The Nonprofit Center is the collective voice for more than 1,000 local nonprofit organizations. Proactive and nonpartisan, we engage and educate elected officials and civic leaders, helping them make more informed decisions.

Grant Station

The Nonprofit Center and GrantStation partner to deliver weekly national grant opportunity information to our members. If you are not receiving GrantStation emails, please contact Rebecca Milligan.

Consulting Services

The Nonprofit Center offers customized training and development programs designed specifically for nonprofit staff and Boards. Topics include leadership, executive transitions, Board roles and responsibilities, organizational development, fundraising, marketing, and local, state, and national advocacy resources.

Community Coaches Program

Nonprofits needing specialized assistance can take advantage of the Community Coaches Program. The program provides member organizations with experienced, volunteer coaches with nonprofit expertise to help with special, short-term projects.
