Description
How leaders approach the concept of change can determine the organization's level of success, whether that means being proactive in a difficult situation or taking advantage of a new opportunity. This session is designed to help you build the necessary structure to enact the change you seek and develop a clear and thoughtful message about your work.

About Herb:
Herb Steigelman is the Director of Leadership Development with Voya Financial, a financial, retirement, investment and insurance company based in New York. He has been with Voya for over 12 years and is responsible for the development for all levels of leaders from new front line leaders to the top executive team. Previous positions include Training and Quality Manager at ADT, General Manager and Training Manager at AOL and senior operations leader at Capitol One. Herb’s career in leadership started when he served as a U.S. Navy officer, where he was a Naval Aviator on EA-6B Prowlers off the USS Saratoga and as a Targeting Officer for US Central Command at MacDill AFB. Herb received a Bachelor of Science from Norwich University and lives in Jacksonville with his wife, Laura and their 16-year-old son, Herbie.
