Through this highly interactive, stimulating and insight-building workshop participants will identify strategies to positively direct EI awareness to not only manage their impact for more productive and influential relationships, but to create more emotionally intelligent teams.

About Christine:
Christine Stiller is President and CEO of New Horizons Coaching & Consulting and has over 20 years experience in Talent Management, Human Resources and OD/Consulting. She has coached over 500 individuals from High Potentials to the C-Suite within small and Forture 100 companies across all major industries on 5 continents. Prior to starting her own consulting firm in 2005 Christine spent several years working in Corporate Learning & Development including a large hospital system in Toronto, Canada. New Horizons Coaching & Consulting provides a variety of capacity building services including: employee engagement surveys, leadership development, workshop/training design and delivery (i.e. Emotional Intelligence, DiSC assessment, 360 Feedback), leadership / executive coaching and team building. Christine also serves as a consultant with Non Profits First in South Florida.

Christine is a PCC Certified coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) – one of less than 5000 worldwide – and has contributed to the development of the coaching profession by serving as a speaker for the South Florida ICF Chapter and as a Coaching School Instructor. She spent 4 years with the Junior League of Boca Raton serving in a leadership capacity overseeing various committees and currently serves as a Board Member for CROS Minisitries. A graduate of the Leadershp Palm Beach County class of 2015, Christine has served on the Leadership FOCUS committee (3 years) and the Leadership ASPIRE committee (2 years).

In addition to her certifications in Co-Active Coaching (CPCC) and Training & Development, Christine holds the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation (Canada) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.
