Strong nonprofit leaders must have a strong understanding of finances. What do leaders need to know about an organization’s financial health, and what practices contribute to effective fiscal management and forecasting? This workshop is for participants who already supervise departmental or organizational budgets and are looking to expand their fiscal leadership beyond budget building and tracking.

Join Delferine Spooner, Director of Finance and Operations at Nonprofits First in West Palm Beach, who will be leading this workshop for us!
