This series of 5 workshops (one full day, four half-days) is designed for those with supervisory management responsibilities to provide tools and training to strengthen their people management skills. Each of the classes listed below will take place at the Jessie Ball duPont Center in downtown Jacksonville, from 9:00 - 12:00 p.m., with the exception of Getting the Best Out of Your Team: How to Motivate Employees and Manage Performance, which is a full day course, from 9:00AM - 4:00PM.
