Managing Succesful Teams


 

This series of 5 workshops (17 total hours of training) is designed for those with supervisory management responsibilities to provide tools and training to strengthen their people management skills.  A smart investment for all nonprofit professionals interested in developing their skill set for future management growth and opportunities.

Each Nonprofit Center series is valued at $250 for our Nonprofit Center members and $460 for non-members. As an early-bird discount, if you register for a series and pay for the entire pack of 5 trainings prior to the start date, you will receive a 20% discount and pay only $200 for Nonprofit Center members and $368 for non-members.

Your payment for the training includes expert facilitation, all materials, drinks, light breakfast, and parking.

Each of the classes listed below will take place at the Jessie Ball duPont Center in downtown Jacksonville, from 9:00 - 11:30 a.m., with the exception of Managing People Crash Course, which is a full day course, from 9:00AM - 4:30PM. Details for the workshops can be found below.
